Registration Process

Registration

You’ll first need to create an account on StatMonsters.com, or login to your existing account to register for this tournament. Once logged in, proceed with the steps below.

Step 1 – Add a Team

  • Click Teams in the main menu at top
  • Enter Club Name from dropdown menu (If you’re new to this tournament, input club name)
  • Input your Team Name
  • Select Year 2022-2023
  • Select Division
  • Input USAH Official 1T link
  • Click Save

Step 2 – Contacts

  • Click Contacts in the main menu at top
  • You’ve been automatically added as the Team Manager
  • Edit if needed by clicking icon on the far left
  • Click Add New Contact to input head coach and assistant coach(es) information. This information is required.
  • Click Save

Step 3 – Register

  • Click Events in the main menu at top
  • Click the blue Register Here button
  • Click Save
  • To secure your spot, click green Make Payment button (deposit or full payment) *deposits are due at the time of registration to hold your spot in the tournament)
  • If paying by check, please include your check number and account holder’s name in the Notes to Registrar box in the Add Event pop-up window
  • Mailed deposits are due within one week of registration

Step 4 – Add Players

  • Click Players in the main menu at top
  • Click Add New Player
  • Enter each player’s jersey number, first and last name, position and USAH Number
  • Repeat sequence for each player on your team
  • Complete Player Roster due by September 1
  • Click Save

Step 5 – Upload Files

  • Click Files in the main menu at top
  • Upload your team logo here which will appear on the Standings page

Key Dates

  • September 1 – Complete Player Roster due
  • September 15 – October 1 – book your hotel via Traveling Teams®
  • October 1 – USAH Official 1T link due. Go to Team Manager Dashboard. Click Teams and click the edit icon on the far left. Scroll down to input the USAH Official 1T link.
  • October 1 – Full Payment is due
